How to Customize the Default Style of Microsoft Word

You can choose from different tools to alter your printing sizes within the Manage Custom Paper Size dialog box. First, determine the dimensions of your page. Go to Page Setup, then click Properties. Click the Customization button on the General tab, then click OK.

Click the Custom Paper Sizes menu and select the desired custom sizes. After that, click OK. A list of all the available custom paper sizes will be displayed. You can select the one which closely matches the current resolution of the display on your computer system.

The next step is to select the size of the border in the grayscale option of the Print preview. To finalize the customization you can change the scale option in the Personal Information editor window. The border’s type and size will be saved to the printer configurations. There is no need to do anything physically. Other customization options are available in the General Settings window.

The next thing to do is to determine the custom paper sizes available from the printers and upload them into the application. To open a PDF file, use the name field. To open the file menu, type in the name of the document. Click OK to save it. There is also a pop-up menu that allows changing the paper size. This pop-up menu allows you to select file name and a custom size. Use the arrow keys for highlighting the file’s name, then double-click to open the pop-up menu. Use the right and left arrows to navigate to the next or previous number within the range and double-click again to confirm.
